I love Syb's. Great food, great people. You won't find a better deli in the Lehigh Valley. They have the best Challah French toast that I have ever had and their pastrami is to die for! Highly recommend!

Stopped in for the first time late this morning and am so happy I did! I ordered a combo fish platter with nova lox and whitefish salad which was phenomenal! The fish was fantastic, the multigrain bagel was the perfect vehicle, and the cream cheese and all the fresh fixings were perfect. The drip coffee was excellent and the service was top tier. Sitting there eating breakfast, it’s clear that this is a spot with regulars who have great relationships with staff. I’ll definitely be back to try a whole lot more of the menu, and I’d absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a fresh and familiar-feeling deli.

I’m not from the area, but I was hungry for some sort of deli food.. First off, when I walked inside I felt like I was home. The atmosphere of a “mom n pop” store.. I knew the food was going to be good. Food wise: I knew I had to try something I generally do not like. I got the chicken tuna salad on toasted white with lettuce tomatoes and onions. BEST CHICKEN TUNA SANDWICH IVE EVER HAD!! How do I know that? Because I don’t even like chicken tuna salad in general, but the way this deli made it, TO DIE FOR!! I will definitely come back here when I’m in the area again!!

Matzoh ball soup just like home. Ruben sandwich- quality ingredients expertly prepared. Quiche that's somehow light & hearty at the same time. It's a thing of beauty, to be sure! There's some lovely looking desserts & bagels (regular and gluten free), too, but we didn't try any of them so I can't speak to that. They only have on-street parking & that's restricted in certain areas for 2-3 hours on Wed & Thurs. If you're not familiar with the area you might need to drive around the block a time or 2 to find a spot, but it's not terrible. The space is smallish, with 2 booths & 4-5 tables inside, but if it's nice weather they have outdoor seating. A wheelchair or walker might be tricky to navigate inside but it's probably do-able.

Came here for the pastrami sandwich. Pretty good pastrami sandwich and the potato salad is excellent. If you're looking for a Jewish style pastrami sandwich, this isnt the place. I would come back if I was in the area. Also, the owner was very nice and the server was great.
